You will receive email confirmation of your appointment. Please have this confirmation ready for check-in upon entering Rice Library for your appointment.

For the health and safety of the USI community, masks are required in all public areas of the Rice Library. While users are able to remove their mask when they are alone in a private study room or carrel, a mask must be worn when traveling to and from the room.

If there are no private study spaces available when you need, additional open area study seats and computers are also available by appointment. Masks are required throughout your use of these open study spaces.

Note: Group space reservations require the names of all group members that will be in the space for the alloted time. Minimum of 4, no more than 12 people allowed.
